Here is an anime theme for Bitwise. The Client Icons are not reduced to 16 colors for windows 9x, and 2000. You may still use these but the taskbar icons will not look as nice.
I do not take creadit for any of the images that were drawn in this theme. All I have done is manipulated the images so that they are not just squars and they look good in a smaller size
